As we prepare for further growth and development at the Bert Nash Center (BNC), we are thrilled to announce two exciting updates.

Promotion of Emily Farley to Chief Advancement Officer: We are proud to announce the promotion of Emily Farley to the position of Chief Advancement Officer. Emily has been an integral part of the Bert Nash Center since 2014, and her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in our organization's success. As the Chief Advancement Officer, Emily will play a pivotal role in elevating BNC's visibility, fostering partnerships, and ensuring sustained impact within the Center and our community. Her responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership, overseeing fundraising initiatives (including capital campaigns), leading marketing and brand development efforts, managing public relations and communications, and engaging with the community.

Introduction of the Development Director Position: With Emily's promotion, we are pleased to announce the establishment of a new role within our community engagement team: the Development Director. This role will be crucial in furthering the foundation of building BNC. The development director will be responsible for leading annual fundraising and community engagement strategies. This role will make key contributions toward nurturing donor relationships, ensuring financial stability, and advocating for mental health awareness. The new Development Director will be announced in April of 2024.

We are excited about the potential these two new positions will bring to BNC, complementing the growth we have experienced over the past several years. As we anticipate the future, we are equally thrilled to announce that further changes are on the horizon, and we look forward to the opportunity to share them with you soon.
