Meet our WRAP therapists – Cam Cameron

With the start of the school year, we want to recognize our individual WRAP therapists. WRAP (Working to Recognize rt of the school year, we want to recognize our individual WRAP therapists. WRAP (Working to Recognize Alternative Possibilities) is a Bert Nash Center in-school therapy program, in partnership with Douglas County schools. The groundbreaking program began in 1997 and continues to thrive today. WRAP assigns a master’s-level clinician to a school to work collaboratively with the school’s mental health professionals to help with the behavioral, emotional, and psychological problems students can have. We are proud of our WRAP therapists and wish them and all Douglas County students and their families, as well as teachers, staff, and administrators a successful school year.

"So much goes on in a student's life outside of academic learning. In light of all that stuff, my hope is to be somebody the students see and think to themselves, 'I can talk to them, I can share what's going on in my life, and I can get support with Cam.'"
